The 330M is perfect for ultra thin slicing in front of customers, especially of prosciutto. The 330M has a fly-wheel that allows for precision slicing on every stroke, and can handle products up to 7 3/4 inch high x 11 inch wide, or 7 3/4 inch in diameter. The food item is automatically fed towards the knife after each stroke of the 330M. Rear ring guard on the 330M protects the non-slicing portion of the knife and the product clamp holds the meat from the top, ensuring that it is held securely. The 330M is easy to clean and disassembles quickly without tools. The dimensions of the 330M are 33 1/2 inchW x 26 1/2 inchD x 22 inchH.
