This True TPP-44D-2 refrigerated pizza prep table has two drawers instead of doors. The drawers will accommodate up to two, 8 inch-deep, full-size pans (12 inchL x 20 inchW x 8 inchD) per drawer (pans not included). It uses an oversized and balanced (134A) refrigeration system, with airflow directed at pans, to hold temperatures between 33 degrees and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of the True TPP-44D-2 has a stainless steel front, top and sides. It has an aluminum-finished back. The interior has NSF-approved, white, vinyl-coated, aluminum sides and top, covered corners and a 300-series, stainless steel floor. The True TPP-44D-2 has an extra-deep, (19 1/2 inch) full-length, removable cutting board. It also comes with, 1/3-size, 12 inchW x 6 inchD x 6 inchH, clear, polycarbonate insert pans. The True TPP-44D-2 also accommodates 4 inch and 8 inch deep pans. It comes with 5 inch casters and rear bumpers. It is a front breathing, self-TPP44D2 from TRUE FOOD SERVICE EQUIP., INC.
