The pizza prep table's 43.9 cubic foot refrigerated storage area has two door sections perfect for keeping commonly used toppings and sauces close at hand. Four refrigerated drawers provide additional space to store eight, full size food pans up to 6 inch deep. The True TPP-119D-4 pizza prep table also features an extra long, 119 inch topping rail that holds fifteen, 1/3 size food pans (included). Its insulated flat lids help maintain pan temperatures, to lock in freshness and minimize condensation. A full length, 19 1/2 inch wide polyethylene cutting board provides plenty of prep space to build pizzas right on the pizza peel! Thanks to its 1/2 hp compressor, the pizza prep table's CFC-free (134A) forced-air refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
