Description
Our Commercial oven has 3 heating elements, on the top, bottom and back of the unit, which speeds roasting and is better for baking than the standard oven. The built-in fan, which constantly circulates and traps the heat within the oven?s stainless steel interior, maximizes the oven?s cooking efficiency without increasing the temperature. Because the air inside the cooking chamber does not remain static, as in traditional bake or roasting ovens, the convection oven cooks foods evenly, faster and with less energy, sealing in delicious flavors and juices.

Pitiful customer service
Strengths: Oven works as advertised. My wife loved it...when it worked
Weakness: Dont expect ANYTHING after 12 months
This is a terrific appliance. However, ours would not work in its 15th month of ownership. Called a technician and he discovered a burned out circuit board. The board is about 2"x2" and probably costs 95cents.
