The work top features (10) robust 2-piece 30,000 BTU/h (8.797 kW) open burners and 4 inch plate rail. Garland added a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless steel shelf that will keep your walls clean from grease splatters as well as give you a place to store needed cooking accessories. Thetwo Sunfire ovens haveribbed porcelain oven bottoms with aluminized tops, sides and backs which was designed to keep heat inside of the oven chambers. The ovens can be used at a low setting andraised up to 500° F (260° C).
