It includes a built-in cover holder, so you will have a place to put the cover when buffet service is ready. It comes with a dripless water pan, a food pan, 2 fuel holders and a dome cover with a plastic handle that resistst heat. Consider purchasing extra food pans or water from the associated products if you want backups for when the originals are being washed or used at the buffet. You can also purchase the 8588 soup station to convert this chafer into a soup holder and warmer.
